1... Sysops are the most skeptical and most difficult to convince
group of people on the planet -- and I admire that. It proves
they're analytical.
Candidly, I don't expect you to believe that the PWS Network works.
Talk is cheap and I want to prove it to you in real-world dollars
and cents, that it does work rather than have you take my word for
it.
2... The second reason why Information Innovations is willing to
put it's neck on the line with a 300% guarantee is this:
There are over 70,000 BBSs in the United States according to
BoardWatch Magazine. No one knows the exact figure, but it is
estimated that there are at least 5-7 million proactive BBS
callers. Millions of people are using bulletin boards. Hundreds of
thousands of new online enthusiasts are learning how to access them
every month.
Once you do the math, you can see that it is virtually impossible
NOT to make a profit if your message is matched to the market. If
just two of your users take advantage of the PWS Network, your butt
is covered and you're in profit mode.
If just three of your users sign on to the Network, and these three
do the same, and these three also do the same, you're making an

Now... I'm very hesitant to mention the following because I do not
want you to misinterpret this opportunity for a get-rich-quick
opportunity. However, you need to know all the facts:

3... The third and final reason why Information Innovations is
willing to give you a triple-money-back-guarantee is this:
At the time of this writing (March, 1994), we've set up nearly 500
BBS's with these ancillary profit centers and only seven have
failed to turn a profit. Five of these BBS's were lazy and didn't
bother telling their users about the disk, and the other two... we
can't explain. Both had a significant user-base, the market seemed
ripe, but neither of them turned a profit.
Why? I have no idea. I wish I did because it bugs the hell out of
me.
Based on this track record, it's ludicrous for Information
Innovations NOT to offer a guarantee. It's in our best financial
interest to offer one and to tempt you with it.
If somebody really does have a product or service that can increase
the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of people -- and it
that product or service almost seems too good to be true -- then
THEY should be the ones that assume the risk, not you. Let us

you.
Okay... Are there any strings attached to this guarantee?
Yes, but only four very reasonable ones to maximize your chances
(and ours) of making a profit. We only make money if our sysops
make money. We're willing to assume all the risk, but as long as
it's mutually profitable for the both of us.
Information Innovations won't accept your for this
triple-your-money-back guarantee unless we believe we can create
significant revenues for your board. To be totally candid, it
would be foolhardy to accept any but the most qualified and
motivated sysops. Here are the restrictions:
Restriction One:
First, your BBS must have been in operation for at least a 12
months. We will make exceptions on a limited basis, but this is
very rare. You need to have an existing user-base if you plan on
making money with the PWS Network Disk.
Restriction Two:
Second restriction is that you must have at least 3 lines. If
you're serious about operating a BBS, you need to please your
customers/users. You can't do that when they're constantly getting
busy signals. Sorry. I know there are many excellent BBS h less
than three lines, but we have to do this by the numbers.
Restriction Three:
You must be willing to a banner or bulliten that the user will see
after he logs on. It can be something like:
"Tap into a national network of 250,700+ products and services that
bring items directlry from the manufacturer to your door, all at
about 50% off. Download our interactive disk "PWS-NET74.EXE"
(location) to find out more."
We have proven time and time again that this two sentence message
will cause 1 out of every 2 people to download your PWS Network
Disk. It has not failed and we encourage you to use it.
Restriction Four:
Finally, we must have a non-expiring account and password on your
system. We ask this for two reasons: 1) For the 90-Day Guarantee
period, we will occasionally log on to see if you need any help
getting started, and 2) we need to be able to upload new versions
and supplements as the become available. PWS, Inc. is constantly
upgrading their service and adding new benefits to their Network.
It's our obligation to see to it that you have the latest
information. Our account will not be used for any other purpose
than that.
If you currently can't satisfy those four conditions, you are still
more than welcome to register the PWS Network Disk and make the PWS
Network available via your BBS, but we cannot make any guarantees
as to the amount of money you will make.
Please don't let this discourage you. We have numerous cases where
new boards -- just a few months old, with only one or two lines --
are generating a $200 to $500 monthly.
